Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 777jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://777jl.cam and all services, games, promotions, and features offered through it (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on 777jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 777jl platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services following any revision of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 777jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for real-money gambling in the Philippines as required by PAGCOR.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access or use the Services.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from 777jl or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You are not a registered self-excluded player under any applicable PAGCOR self-exclusion program at the time of registration or continued use.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 777jl or any affiliated gaming studio whose games appear on this platform.

777jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and upon any withdrawal request. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on 777jl. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 777jl uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances withheld pending investigation, and the matter referred to PAGCOR.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. 777jl is required under PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification — including but not limited to UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, or Voter's ID — along with any additional documentation we may reasonably request. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions and, in certain circumstances, account suspension.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777jl login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 777jl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or SMS. You agree to notify 777jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 777jl shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the account holder failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.5 Account Ownership. 777jl accounts are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or purchasing an existing 777jl account is prohibited and will result in the closure of all involved accounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. 777jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available methods and processing times may vary and are subject to change. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are determined by your account verification tier and the specific payment method used. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with AML requirements. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. 777jl targets processing withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 48 hours depending on the method selected and the volume of pending requests. These timeframes are targets and are not guaranteed.

4.4 Fund Segregation. Player funds held in 777jl accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from 777jl's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. This does not constitute a guarantee against insolvency but reflects a meaningful structural protection for player balances.

4.5 Currency and Fees. 777jl does not charge a platform fee on deposits or standard withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees may apply depending on your bank or e-wallet. Such fees are outside 777jl's control and are not reimbursed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 777jl are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms specific to each promotion as displayed at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages are detailed within each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 777jl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended by 777jl, coordinating activity across multiple accounts, or using low-risk staking patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.

5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The new player welcome bonus is available once per verified individual account. It may not be claimed by creating multiple accounts. 777jl may require additional verification before crediting or allowing withdrawal of welcome bonus winnings.

5.5 Expiry. Bonuses and any associated wagering requirement progress expire after the period specified in each offer's terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

6 Gameplay Rules and Disputes

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on 777jl operates according to specific rules displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. 777jl accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.

6.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games on 777jl — including slots, dice games, and RNG table game variants — use certified Random Number Generators independently tested and certified by accredited gaming laboratories. Certification documentation is available on request from 777jl support.

6.3 Malfunction Void. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, 777jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. This is standard industry practice and is not considered a failure to pay winnings.

6.4 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding a game outcome, payment, or account action must be submitted in writing to 777jl support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 777jl will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with 777jl's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an additional account under your identity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to launder money in contravention of Republic Act No. 9160.
• Using credit cards, payment credentials, or payment accounts belonging to another person without that person's explicit authorization.
• Engaging in any fraudulent charge-back of a deposit through your payment provider after using deposited funds for gaming activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 777jl staff members, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without authorization under applicable law.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777jl platform — including but not limited to the 777jl brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and any other materials — is the property of 777jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 777jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777jl shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or internet service providers.
• Any technical interruption, server downtime, or temporary unavailability of the platform that is outside 777jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security practices.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your 777jl account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method after KYC confirmation and pending wagering requirement checks. Bonus balances not yet qualifying for withdrawal will be forfeited.

11.2 Platform-Initiated Closure. 777jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to pass KYC, violation of eligibility requirements, or any other reason that 777jl, in its reasonable discretion, determines warrants account closure.

11.3 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by 777jl for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed and no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and PAGCOR's applicable rules and regulations.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not otherwise resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process or through PAGCOR's regulatory channels.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the 777jl website.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 777jl platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
